Choonbee - wait for command to begin.
1. Turn left 90 degrees into a left walking stance, performing left low block
2. Step forward with right foot into right walking stance, right inner forearm block.
3. turn 180 degrees right; right walking stance; performing right low block
4. Step forward with left foot into left walking stance, left inner forearm block.
5. turn 90 degrees left; left walking stance, left low block
6. step forward, right walking stance, right inner forearm block
7. step forward, left walking stance, left inner forearm block
8. right walking stance, right middle punch(KIHAP!)
9. turn 270 left; left back stance, left knifehand block
10. right back stance to 45 degrees, right outer forearm block
11. turn 180 right; right back stance, right knifehand  block
12. right back stance to 45 degrees, right outer forearm block
13. turn 90 degrees left; left walking stance, left low block
14. right walking stance, right inward knifehand strike
15. left walking stance, left inward knifehand block
16. right walking stance right middle punch(KIHAP!)
17. turn 270left; left walking stance, left low block
18. right walking stance; right inner forearm block
19. turn 180 right; right walking stance; right low block
20. left low stance, left inner forearm block(KIHAP!)
